Alarm Monitoring for Home Safety Alarm Monitoring is the most important part of any home security system. Alarm Monitoring can alert Police, Fire and Rescue personnel when you need them. We offer professional 24-hour security and alarm monitoring for rapid emergency response. Don't rely upon others to call police. Only having professional security alarm monitoring can guarantee that help will be alerted when an alarm is triggered. Free Residential Fire Protection If connected into your alarm, we can add fire monitoring for no additional charge. Even if you have no fire protection installed, most systems include a keypad fire button for emergencies. Fire Alarm Monitoring will notify the central station should a smoke or heat detector go into an alarm before your neighbors may notice a problem, even if the alarm is disarmed. Free Residential Panic Monitoring We can add panic/duress monitoring for no additional charge. Nearly all the security systems have provisions for pushing a keypad button for help (panic) or putting in a special code to turn the system on/off while silently contacting the police (duress). Free Residential Supervision Monitoring We monitor supervisory signals that can let us know if there is a problem (loss of power) or the system needs service (low battery). We offer these services at no additional charge. If you own a small business and need your store, warehouse, or office monitored, we'll do the job for an additional $5.00/month. Note: Due to the complexity of state laws and requirements, fire systems/monitoring are not available for commercial users unless the associates are fire licensed for that state. Save up to 20% on Homeowner's Insurance Rates Most insurance companies offer discounts to policyholders who
have a monitored alarm installed. These savings could easily cover the
annual fee. Contact your insurance agent to see if they offer discounts. Does your new home already have a security system? Do you have an older system that needs to be replaced? We can take over the alarm monitoring for new and old systems as well as service, repair or replace older systems. We can unlock most
systems so the alarm can be re-programmed to call into our Central
Station. We offer cellular and GSM systems to back up alarm communications in the event the phone lines are down or cut. This can ensure that the alarm signal will get through to the Central Station for dispatching. Backup monitoring runs around $11 per month plus the cost of the backup device. VOIP Alarms If you have or are getting VOIP for your home, a quick heads-up to let you know that VOIP can affect your alarm system. If you recently switched your phone service to VOIP, please take a few minutes to Test Your Alarm System to see if it communicates with your current alarm company monitoring center.If your system does not communicate with the central station, contact your alarm company. We carry equipment to interface VOIP into our central stations. As always, please feel free to contact us for addditional information.
