Our Medical Alert system is an easy to use wireless tabletop system that can notify friends and fire rescue in the event of a houshold or medical emergency.

Medical alert systems allow older adults to maintain an independent lifestyle, and be able to summon help should the need arise just by pressing a button on the wristband or pendent. Help at the push of a button.

This high tech medical alert system contains an RF receiver that works with the transmitter you specify (wristband or pendent) and a built-in panic button on the tabletop console, two-way voice response and battery backup. The unit is pre-programmed to work with wireless emergency device that we ship with the unit. By pushing your emergency button, an alarm is sent to the receiver/control and activates the alarm.

When the medical button is pushed ...

When you activate your emergency transmitter, the tabletop console is activated and calls out to the monitoring station. The Medical Monitoring Central Station knows exactly who you are and will have all the necessary medical information on their computer screen. They will attempt to talk with you through your tabletop console to determine what action to take. If help is needed, assistance is dispatched immediately. If the subscriber is unable to answer the phone or respond over the voice unit to our operators, they will contact for medical help.
